Online Billing and Payment/View My Account refers to the web site that allows you to access and manage your CMU account information on-line. The CMU Portal directs you to this site but does not natively manage your account information on its own. This help guide offers an overview in how to access this site from within the CMU Portal.

Locating the Online Billing & Payment / View My Account Web Site

• From within the CMU Portal, click the Finances link located in the top navigation menu [Figure 1].

• Locate the My Finances section and click the link entitled Online billing and payment/View my account [Figure 2].

• A screen entitled Online Billing and Payment will appear. You will be directed to click the red button labeled Connect to QuikPAY to Make Payment and View Your Account Activity [Figure 3].
  

• Clicking this button will direct you to the QuickPAY® web site. This site is personalized and tailored to serve your account information needs. It will also provide you with contact information should you have any additional questions or concerns with your account. Tutorials in using the QuickPAY® site will be made available by the QuickPAY® web site itself [Figure 4].

Returning to the CMU Portal

To leave the Online Billing and Payment screen and return to the CMU Portal, we encourage to you select any of the options made available to you in the left or top navigation of the Portal [Figure 3]. Please do not use your browser's back button.
